Car parts are manufactured in AUTOOPREMA factory. There are interior and exterior parts in production program, parts for passengers’ vehicles, buses, lorries, tractors, agricultural and construction machinery, which are built in into Zastava, Ikarbus, FAP, IMT vehicles; Berkhof and Breda buses, and Cimos and CMT tractors.

Dozens of different products are manufactured for automotive industry, such as: dashboards, bumpers, masks, spoilers, wheel arches, footsteps, tractor hoods, wheel arches, car battery cases, interior covering, thermal and sound insulation, arm holders, glove compartments, handles, seat fillings…

Smooth inner and outer surfaces are obtained by injecting polyester. Using this method, bumpers, footsteps, wheel arches, mud-guards and other products are manufactured. By hand lay up of polyester (lamination of glass fibres with unsaturated polyester resins in open moulds-tools) vehicle bonnets, car battery cases, cooler masks, bumpers etc. are manufactured. Pressing prepreg technology (composite mixture of polyester resin and glass fibre) is used for the parts with smooth surface, such as spoilers, seats etc.

Seat parts, headrests, beds, pads etc. are manufactured out of soft polyurethane foam (PUR). Products made out of integral foam do not need additional upholstering because of their hard surface crust, and they are very applicable in automotive industry for handles, air nozzles holders, profiles and other parts.

ABS foils 0,8 to 1,2 m thick combined with polyurethane foam are used to manufacture dashboards, door panels, spoilers and similar parts.

Semi-heavy and heavy foams, because of their excellent mechanical and thermal properties, are applied in automotive and construction machines industry. Engine insulations, floors, driver cabs etc are manufactured with these materials.

Glove compartments, wheel coverings, headlight frames, protectors and many other smaller parts are manufactured by pressing and injecting thermoplastics in closed tools

TRADE VEHICLE PARTS

“Zastava” lorries, exterior: front bumper, footstep, mud-guard, deflector. Exterior parts are manufactured by hand lay up of reinforced polyester by I.S. 955842/01 Standard; final lacquer is done with PUR lack.

“Zastava” lorries, interior: dashboard, handholds, roof spoiler, engine insulation, glove compartment, various interior parts. Interior parts are manufactured by vacuuming ABS foils and foaming PUR foam and comply with Z.S. 9.03160/64 and Z.S. 9.55490/64 Standards.

FAP lorries, exterior and interior: dashboard, roof spoiler, engine insulation, glove compartment, various interior parts. Exterior parts are manufactured by reinforced polyester lay up and foaming PUR foam. All the parts are manufactured by appropriate D.B.L. norms. Interior parts are manufactured by injecting plastics, vacuuming ABS foil and foaming PUR foam.

PASSENGER VEHICLE PARTS

“Zastava” vehicles YUGO exterior parts: cooler covering (YUGO Skala), front bumper (YUGO Skala), mud-guar covering (YUGO Tempo), front spoiler (YUGO Tempo), front bumper (YUGO Tempo), rear bumper (YUGO Tempo). Exterior parts are manufactured by reinforced polyester lay up with the final lacquer with PUR lac and vacuuming ABS plates. Manufactured products’ quality complies with I.S. 15-9001 Standard, and quality of painted surfaces complies Z.S. 9.55842/01.

“Zastava” vehicles interior parts: dashboard (YUGO Skala), rear side covering (YUGO Skala), front side covering (YUGO Skala), lateral compartment (YUGO Skala), roof covering (YUGO Tempo), handholds. Interior parts are manufactured by vacuuming ABS foil with foaming PUR foam, and by direct vacuuming of PVC and foaming of PUR foam. Some parts are manufactured only by PUR foam. All the parts comply with quality standards Z.S. 9.03160/64, Z.S. 9.55490/30 and Z.S. 9.55490/30.

“Zastava” vehicles YUGO-CL, exterior: mask, front bumper, footstep covering, rear bumper, licence plate holder, rear door spoiler, lateral spoilers. Parts are manufactured by vacuuming reinforced polyester and reinforced polyester lay up with the surface protection which allows painting in colour of the vehicle. Manufactured parts comply with quality standards I.S. 15-9100, and painted surfaces comply with Z.S. 9.55842/01 Standard.

“Zastava” vehicles FLORIDA, exterior and interior: front bumper, mud-guard covering, roof covering, rear bumper. Exterior parts are manufactured by reinforced polyester lay up whose quality complies with I.S. 15.9001, and painted surfaces quality complies with Z.S. 9.55842/01 which allows additional lacquer in vehicle colour. Exterior parts are manufactured with mixture of PVC and expanded PUR foam, they comply with the quality standards Z.S. 9.03160/64 and Z.S. 9.55490/30.

IKARBUS, exterior and interior: front three-part bumper, front bumper, driver’s cab, rear three-part bumper, airing cover, seat filling, and dashboard. Exterior and interior parts for road and passenger transport are manufactured by reinforced polyester lay up with the surface protection. Its quality complies with I.S. 15.9001 Standard; additional lacquer is available on customer’s demand. Fillings are done by PUR foam.
