We have developed production for several special upgrades (bodies) for various purposes on vehicle chassis, semi-trailers and trailers with our own technology and design. Solutions have been made for the vehicles: FAP, MERCEDES, TAM, FIAT, RENAULT, VOLKSWAGEN, CITROEN, FORD, TOYOTA, ISUZU, KIA, GAZ, MAN and OMIGI.

Production of special vehicle upgrade includes: coolers and isotherm chambers; chambers for transportation of ice-cream; chambers for transportation of ready-wear, furniture, medicaments, goods on pallets; chamber for transportation of bread and pastry; chamber for transportation of live chicken, chamber for transportation of animal waste, thermo insulated upgrades for transportation of workers; mobile shops; mechanical shops; industry stationary coolers and thermo insulation of vans.

Upgrades are safety/security certificated for usage in public traffic. They are made in standard dimensions and also by particular customer’s demands. Chambers are hermetically sealed, made out of sandwich: reinforced polyester – hard injected or glued self-extinguishing polyurethane – reinforced polyester. Outer edges are framed with aluminum coated profiles. The container can be washed or disinfected with both warm water and water under pressure with the common washing and disinfection solutions. Reinforced polyester mud-guards, rubber bumper, door handle, inner lightning, overall lightning, are installed as a standard and optionally lateral underlie protectors can also be installed.

Depending on purpose, upgrades can be provided with special built in carriers for hanging and other cargo, cup-boards, air conditioning, heating, temperature control system, aeration device, airing openings, system for moisture maintenance, rear and lateral doors, seats, arm holders, telephone line with the driver’s cab, etc.
